Reach Oxford Scholarships for Developing Country Students
Several Oxford universities offer Reach Oxford Scholarships (formerly Oxford Student Scholarships) to students from developing countries who, for political or financial reasons, or because there are no equivalent educational facilities, are unable to study for a degree in their own countries.

Target group
Applicants must be citizens of countries receiving official development assistance from the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Check the official website for the full list of eligible countries.
Scholarship value, Inclusions and Duration
Tuition and college fees, a living allowance, and a roundtrip airfare per year. The duration of the scholarship is 3 or 4 years depending on the duration of the course.
Eligibility
Reach Oxford Scholarships for Developing Country Students is only suitable for candidates who have received an offer and who have the highest academic ability. Financial need and social commitment are also important criteria for selection. Applicants must intend to return to their country of usual residence after their studies. Priority will be given to students who have not previously studied at the undergraduate level.
Application instructions
To be considered for the scholarship, you must have applied to the University through UCAS before October 15, 2021 and have managed to obtain a place. Then you will need to fill out a separate scholarship application form. The deadline for applying for scholarships will be around February 2023.
