HEC Scholarship 2023 | Stipendium Hungaricum Program
Today we are here with the fully funded HEC 2023 Scholarship. The Higher Education Commission has announced the HEC Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship 2023-2023 for Pakistani Students. The scholarship is offered to students who wish to pursue a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. Degree programs.
The scholarship is offered by the association of the Higher Education Commission and the Government of Hungary. Students who wish to continue their higher education in Hungary are strongly recommended to apply for this fully funded scholarship.
For the HEC Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship 2023, an aptitude test will be conducted in January under the supervision of the Higher Education Commission. All interested candidates must submit their application form before January 17, 2023; otherwise, the request will not be accepted.

HEC Stipendium Hungaricum Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants are to fulfill the requirements set by the Higher Education Commission, Hungarian Government & Tempus Public Foundation.
- Students have to submit a bond agreement to HEC at the time of the final agreement.
- The scholarship is open for Pakistani Nationals only.
- Age criteria 18-22 for bachelors and 35 is the max-age for Ph.D. programs.
- Few programs in this scholarship may require IELTS/TOEFL.
How to Apply for Hec Stipendium Hungaricum 2023?
STEP 1: Candidates have to apply through the Hungarian official site. Website: https://stipendiumhungaricum.hu/apply/. Interested students need to fill an application form and submit all the required documents required in the portal; after doing that, your need to print your filled application form.
STEP 2: After doing the first step, candidates now need to apply through HEC Official website: https://eportal.hec.gov.pk/.
After completing your application form, candidates need to select “Academic & Research Linkages” under the section of “Scholarship and Grant” While submitting an online application at the HEC website.
The last date to apply for Fully Funded Hungary Scholarships 2023-2023 is January 17th, 2023.
