BISE Mardan Board established after the Education Act of 1975. In the beginning, it was under the supervision of BISE Peshawar. Consequently, after the Ordinance Act 1999, it got an independent Board in KPK. Furthermore, the Board office is located on Malakand Mardan Road, KPK. Moreover, it is working autonomously as it has all the rights of changes within the Board.
